Refund policy

Plans bill monthly in advance. Cancel any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

We refund the unpublished portion of a month when articles you paid for were not published in the month they were owed. Tell us within sixty days of the charge and we will publish them or refund that portion.

We do not refund a month in which the articles were published and the report was sent. Search results are outside anyone's control, and that is stated plainly before you buy.

Rewrites are fifteen dollars and are refundable only if the rewrite was never delivered.
